Iranian film ‘Count to 10’ is set to be screened at the 2021 Route 66 Film Festival in the US.

Directed by Sa’adat Bastam, the film will premiere at the 20th edition of the American event.

The movie will compete with films from South Korea, the US and Canada.

‘Count to 10’ is a narration of a few hours into the life of a couple with a wide age gap and the various obstacles they face in life.

Written by Kianoush Eslami, the movie was filmed in various locations in Tehran, starring Manouchehr Zendehdel and Ghazal Nazar.

“Route 66 Film Festival is an annual film festival that takes place the first weekend of November. The film festival is located in Springfield, IL and first began in November 2002,” the media wrote.

The 20th edition of the event is scheduled for November 5-15, 2021.
